Our personalised coaching programs are designed specifically for individuals aged 12 to 24, helping you navigate life's difficulties with confidence and resilience.

At Best Version Youth Coaching, we understand the unique challenges young people face today.

Our personalised coaching programs are designed specifically for individuals aged 12 to 24, helping you navigate life's difficulties with confidence and resilience.

Through one-on-one sessions, either on Zoom or in-person, we offer a safe space where you can express yourself and develop essential life skills.

Our approach uses Positive Psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming, combining tried and tested strategies to support you in:

  • Building a strong sense of self and identity.

  • Boosting self-confidence.

  • Developing mental resilience and a positive mindset.

  • Learning emotional self-regulation.

  • Improving communication skills.

  • Understanding yourself and your world better.

  • Enhancing overall wellbeing and self-care.

  • Imagine feeling more optimistic, having a positive attitude towards life, and being able to manage your emotions effectively.

Our 10-session program includes an initial in-person session with your parents/guardians, followed by seven weekly hour-long sessions and two fortnightly follow-up sessions.

  • 1 x 10 sessions (programmes) on Zoom or in person if preferred.

  • 1st session on zoom or in person with their parents/guardians.

  • Followed by 7 x hour long weekly sessions.

  • 2 x “follow up” sessions fortnightly, (within a month).

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you get the most out of our time together.
