It is a preventative approach that uses positive psychology to help prevent serious mental health issues in young people. From the discussion I suggest different strategies and techniques that can be helpful in supporting you move from where you are to where you want to be in your life. It is a collaborative process that is that is aimed at empowering you to the best version of yourself.
